I ...This morning, the rain gauge showed 5"!! <br />I woke up in the night with the thunder and lightening and was struck by how hard the rain was falling. The washes look like rivers and the debris is all the way down Ocean View into Montrose. I watched the "Storm Coverage" on and off all day. The debris flow basins filled with mud.
