You are not suspended in the air, just the ends on both sides. The water is free to flow right underneath the plastic if a stream happens to make its way under your tarp.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12751942555542399363noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2919075481787202680.post-20034058359956025922011-10-05T15:41:06.160-07:002011-10-05T15:41:06.160-07:00Cool. This technique worked miracles in North Carolina. In Carolina, we used tarps with that simple blue plastic. It weighed more, but combined with an A frame and a "canoe" set up, I think I could have weathered a hurricane, that's how confident I felt about it. My current set up doesn't feel as strong and secure, but thats part of the weight sacrifice.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12751942555542399363noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2919075481787202680.post-87987754909324582082011-10-04T19:44:14.930-07:002011-10-04T19:44:14.930-07:00Did you ever have problems in heavy rain with wate...Did you ever have problems in heavy rain with water on the ground running under the tarp?Mike Chttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17681219245584758568noreply@blogger.com
