    1. As the public media project Inside Energy has reported, "According to data from federal regulators, there is actually a low probability of a pipeline accident. But when there is an accident, the impact can be huge." Seems to me like there's quite a few pipeline breaks every year. I know that all methods of transporting fuel are risky, but pipelines seem like the worst.
