Whale fluke (above)
I spent the night in Ft. Bragg again last night and was eating some breakfast near Chicken Point. A couple of whale pods were swimming north, one very close to the shoreline. I did not take any pictures, instead I was watching them through my binoculars. It was awesome!! By the time I got my camera out, the whales were already swimming out of view as they continue their journey to the waters of the icy arctic.
