Perriwinkle catching last rays of the sun.
I find that these Friday evening walks along the coast are one of the highlights of my week. Especially after a stressful work day like today, I can let all the pressures fall from my shoulders, and feel the swell of gratitude arise within. When I started my walk, I took a minute to scan the horizon in search for whales. After seeing a distant plume spray into the sky reflecting the sun rays, I continued walking north. How cool it is to walk alongside a pod of whales!
