PCT Trail Scenes #112

Mt. Rainier was a trail companion for several days. We were blessed with good weather and superb views as a result.

The Washington mountainsides were a feast for the eyes, confirming our belief that it was an overall good decision to start hiking late this particular year.

More rugged peaks to come!

  1. More great shots. I like that top one. It reminds me of one Galen Rowell took of Yosemite Valley, and for the same reason: You can imagine you're back in the last ice age, and the clouds are a glacier, carving the valley.
